Network devices are not getting discovered

Our network devices are not getting discovered by the scheduled discovery job. We are unable to discover the devices, using cdp, routing table and bgp even though the devices are in the routing table of a seed device (ip).

Discovering network devices, using know ip works

Have  the seed device been discovered by its IP on the known device discovery, does all the devices on neighbors have the same SNMP credentials you have set and are allowing by access list and firewall ?

Yes, we have 4 seeds and they are all discovered in the collector with the Ips. The SNMP credential is correct and is not being blocked by the firewall. If we run them as known Ips, the get discovered.

and when you input one of the neighbors Ips that Ip is also discovered via know Ip discovery?

If the above is correct Please send a private message with the screenshot of your credentials page,  and the  discovery by protocol settings .

Yes, when we input one of the neighbors Ips that Ip is also discovered via know Ip discovery. sending you the screenshot via private message..
