New Collector, Previous Entitlement, Upload stuck "In Progress"

Would any body be able to PM and assist me and check the back-end to see if anything needs to be cleared?

We have deployed a new Collector and between that and a unit we were locked out of, had begun a few too many uploads at too close a time interval. We are having issues right now with our Contracts not listing in the SNTC portal as well, not sure if related.

This upload appears to have either resolved itself or was resolved on the backend by someone (an upload was restarted and completed on 9/2, but it was not initiated by me).
