I was recently given permissions to access the SNTC portal as a Customer User. I received an email saying access was granted and that It can take up to 24 hours for the SNTC portal to recognize the new role assignment. It has now been >24 hours. and when going to the link for Smartnet Service Connection, I get a page advising I do not currently have access. Please assist.
