Hi there,
My customer nomited a new DA for his SNTC portal, but the new DA still not able to access SNTC portal, when he tries, shows the register page.
Can somebody help us?

Thanks for the details; I see that the user has been on-boarded as as DA but was not assigned any user-roles.
Please ensure that they complete the User-Role Assignment section of the CSAM tool. Details are available below:
