following an issue with the addition of a new Collector, Cisco advised the creation of a new Inventory on the Partner Support Service portal. The Inventory has been created but does not appear on the online portal. When created i downloaded the certificate and imported it into the on-prem Collector and upload a file containing two devices. The Inventory does not appear and the file upload failed.

As a PSS partner you are entitled to open a TAC case with Cisco. This community is for providing support to SNTC customers without a Smart Assist contract.
