Hello how are you ?
I am trying to register a new Smart Net Total Care, I have installed the CSPC v2.10 collector, and I need to register this new portal. We only had one Cisco account and we decided to create a new one to register the portal, the serial and contract number have already been added, when I proceed with the creation, this error appears: "Oops! Something went wrong...", I would like some help to be able to solve this problem.

Hello,
Following is the resolution for this post.
After verifying all the details over the PM, I have provided both DA and CA roles in CSAM.
Enabled the services as well.
Pushed a Manual Sync for the user.
The customer is now visible on the SNTC portal.
