No Access to SNTC page but Register Page says i have already access

Hello,

i am stuck in an infinity loop of trying getting access to the SNTC Portal.

When i open the Website https://services.cisco.com/ i get the message that i don´t have access to Smart Services Connection.
"You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection. You must be entitled to at least one Smart Services contract to request access.
Learn more about Smart Services or review technical discussion, blogs and videos about Smart Services here."

When i use the register Link again (https://www.cisco.com/web/smartservices/sntc.html), i get the message that i have already access and gets redirected back to https://services.cisco.com/.
"Redirecting, It appears that you already have access to Smart Net Total Care Portal. You will be redirected in 10 secs."

Can someone help me with this problem?
I can provide further information like company, email, Contract-ID, Serialnumber etc. later.

I found another Thread about this Topic here:
https://community.cisco.com/t5/smart-net-total-care-portal-and-collector-discussions/sntc-access-issues-also/m-p/4760281#M17477
Seems like i have the same issue.

Greetings,
Fabian

@fabianfi

Open a TAC case, as they will verify your access add/update what is needed. Done that recently

@Ruben Cocheno  Thanks for your suggestion!
I tried this already. The answer was "the issue you are having is not TAC related".

After that i tried it with customerservice@cisco.com. The Support Agent told me to follow this link: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/services/sntc-portal/index.html
and now i am here.
