No Access to SNTC portal

I have been granted access to our SNTC account, but when I try to login, I get redirected to the registration page. Can someone help me with that issue?

Hi Andymummau,

A manual sync has been done on the account to complete the manual onboarding for the required user.

As confirmed from your end as well, the user is successfully visible on the SNTC portal.
