No Roles displayed in Cisco Service Access Management tool

Hello all

I have registered two contracts and eligible serial numbers to the smart net portal, but I will always be forwarded to the registration page. Also in the "Cisco Service Access Management tool" no roles are display as described in the "request access to Smart Net Total Care portal" :

You can then grant this user one of the following roles:
- Smart Net Total Care Administrator(required for inventory upload and various other tasks)
- Smart Net Total Care User
