Hola dany.velazquez,
Gracias,
Anthony

Hi mveracontreras,
You will need to ensure that you have the upload profile configured - please verify the following:
Login to the CSP-C WebGUI
In the menu, select 'Settings' -> 'Manage Upload Profiles...'
Modify the upload profile in use (if no profile exists, create one)
If none exists, add one:
Under 'Upload Profile Details'
Profile Title: Descriptive/administrative name for your purposes
Identifier: just click on 'Generate' (after you've given the profile a title)
Description: (optional)
Ensure that 'Default Upload' radio button is selected
Under 'Select Service Specific Data' select 'smartnet_total_care' from the drop-down text-box
Under 'Select Module For Upload' enable the following: 'Upload Inventory' and 'Upload DAV Data'
Under 'Export Options' ensure that the 'Export To Remote Server' radio button option is selected.
If one exists, verify the following:
Under 'Upload Profile Details' make sure the radio button option 'Default Upload' is selected
Under 'Select Service/Collection Profile' make sure the radio button option 'Query Service Specific Data' is selected AND that 'smartnet_total_care' is reflected in the adjacent drop-down text-box.
Under 'Select Module For Upload' make sure you have the following check-boxes enabled: 'Upload Inventory' and 'Upload DAV Data'
Lastly, ensure that under 'Export Options' the radio button option 'Export To Remote Server' is selected.
After you have verified the upload profile configuration, please execute an Upload Job via Management menu option -> Run Upload Profile
Remember, once network devices have successfully been discovered, you will need to run a collection job to collect respective device data, followed by an upload job so that your data gets processed.
Please let me know if this has resolved your issue.
*Note: Upload processing is dependent on several factors such as traffic, system load, file size, etc. and can take time to process. If you are uploading for the first time then the inventory or other sections will show up only after at least one successful upload (SNTC Portal).
