A new installed CSPC 2.7.4 successfully collected data and uploaded it to the PSS, for a limited number of devices(C3750, C2960 switches).
The problem is that in 'Full Inventory Report' the "Serial No.(Collected)" column is empty for all devices; and the column "Serial No" has the value of "Not Available" for all devices.

Suggest to contact TAC is the best option, so they can able to resolve if any issue related to CSPC
