Nominate and Assign User As Delegated Admin after Migration from 1.X portal

Hi -

I have a situation where a portal page was migrated over from the 1.X portal, and no one was/has been nominated / assigned as the delegated admin for the current (operational) portal page. 

Is there a process in place to nominate and assign a user as the new (first) delegated admin for this type of situation - Where there is a operational portal page, but no delegated admin?

Hi Tim,

We've gone through the process in the video, and it shows that there is someone already assigned as the delegated admin - and they do not work at the company.  How do we proceed?
