Hello,
I'm trying to nominate a second (or even a third) company administrator (delegated adm) but the confirmation email never arrives to the person nominated.
The steps I did was: Cisco Services Access Management tool => Administrators menu => Nominate an administrator => Company Administrator (Search by Cisco User) => Selected our company.
I already tried to nominate two coleagues but none of them received an email to confirm the role assigned.
Am I doing something wrong? I don't think so...
Appreciate any help from you guys.
