Not getting access to my customer

I recently got access to the SNTC portal and subsequently requested access to my customer's data so that I can view it on the portal. It's been more than 24 hours since I submitted the request but I still haven't received an email notifying me of the approval. The last I checked, my customer information was still not showing up on the portal. Can someone let me know what I need to do
