Trying to register for SNTC, but not receiving the verification email. Email is correct, Contract and Serial are all correct.
No email despite it saying it sent.

Hi Bob,
We have performed a manual sync for the account.
The account is visible on SNTC portal with your CCOID as active.
Could you please check again and do let us know if you are able to access it or not?

I am still having trouble accessing. When I click "Sign in" on the portal, it appears to login, but then I get redirected back out with this error:
You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection. You must be entitled to at least one Smart Services contract to request access.
