Not receiving verification link

Hello

 

my customer does not receive the verification link when trying to register for SNTC portal.

Please DM the following details so that we can assist you on the issue : 

  • Party id 
  • Company name 
  • Contract number 
  • Customer name 
  • CCO ID

Hi , 

 

As we have looked on your issue , we have successfully onboarded the user into the SNTC Portal .
The user is assigned as the Delegated Administrator of the company .
The user is also assigned as the customer admin of the SNTC Portal of the company .

Following steps we have done to onboard the user : 

  • Manual Onboarding is done for the customer.
  • First we have assigned the customer as DA for the company .
  • We have also enabled the Services for the company.
  • The customer has given the CA role to access the SNTC Portal for the company .
  • And we have run the BDB Scripts accordingly for the manual push .
  • The customer is manually pushed into the SNTC Portal.

 

Please let us know if you need any further assistance on the issue .
