Hi Community
We replaced a Cat 3750X switch stack with Cat 9300 switches a while back. The new switch stack used the same IP Address as the 3750X stack. CSPC doesn't have any details of the old switch stack since it was replaced with the new. New stack has been discovered without any issues.
When I go into the SNTC portal I can see the old 3750X stack is still shown, along with all inventory details. If I look at associated hardware I get all the details of the 3750X stack and all the details of the 9300 stack. I've deleted the inventory from SNTC and re run an import but the old switch stack details return, even thought they don't exist in CSPC.
Any ideas on how I can get the old switch stack removed from SNTC Portal?

Hi David ,
Following is the resolution summary that we have provided on the mentioned issue :
Customer was able to see the old switch details after removing it from the CSPC .
* We checked the CSPC and initiated a new collection .
* We have checked that the old device (Switch ) is no longer in the CSPC .
* Collection was received from the CSPC and it still needs to be successful so that we can see the latest data on the data .
* Customer was asked to please let us know if they see the old switches after the fresh collection .
* Customer updated that the old switches are still showing on the SNTC Portal .
* Customer has been informed that removing the Inventory and entitlement from the SNTC Portal might help in removing the old switch from the SNTC Portal .
* Customer gave the confirmation for removing of the inventory and the entitlement certificate .
* An incident has been logged for the issue of deletion of the inventory and the entitlement certificate .
* We have successfully deleted the Inventory and the entitlement certificate from the SNTC Portal .
* The customer gave the confirmation that the old switch is no longer exists in the SNTC Portal .
* The customer has given the confirmation that the issue has been resolved for the customer .
