Hello,
We registered the SNTC Portal with the client Cisco ID, added the Contract Number and Serial number and completed the sntc portal registration. After this we have received an email from Cisco AS ATTACHED that the Cisco engineer will be touch with the client. We did this process yesterday and until now, the Cisco engineer did not contacted with him or even we did not received any confirmation email of being a DA so we can move forward to CSAM.
Could you please you verify?
