Hi,
Attempting to register with SNTC I'm met with the 'Oops! Something went wrong...' error page, despite trying different service agreements/serial numbers. Looking at other posts I suspect this may need some intervention behind the scenes, but I'm not sure what the best way of doing that is?

Hi Rob,
After you provided me the details in PM
We Manually onboarded you on the correct party id associated to the contract
As discussed on PM you have now access to the portal

According to the details you have sent me in PM
We have successfully onboarded you on the right party id which was associated to your contract
Please try to login in SNTC portal.
