When I tried registering Cisco SNTC Convergence I'm getting the following error message. I've been trying again and again and nothing has changed. Can anyone help?

Hi ,
Party ID means, specific identification linked with the account. A party id is associated with a particular company and is used check roles, check the DA and to check company user association.
Please contact your account team for the company party id .
