ova file

sorry but i cant find the ova files is there any reason for this? or how do i tell my client to proceed with the installation?

thanks for the reply i was looking for the ova for the CSPC 2.8.1.8.

That ova does not exist .. Developers do not released minor releases only upgrades files.  The last main release is 2.8.1.4 and at the moment you would need to deploy that one and then upgrade to newer version.  if you already has a version you may just need to upgrade . Please see location of present ova  or the upgrade guide below
