Partner dissocation

Hi All,

Just wondering if somebody can help me about what is the URL link for dissociate my CCO account from the company.

I have already looked and tried everywhere in the Partner Self-Service but unfortunately no luck. No menu for "Change or Remove My Company Association", on my PSS profile only shows one menu "Associate Myself with a Company".

Hi Chris,

While this forum primarily supports questions regarding our Smart Net Total Care service and the CSPC collector, I was able to review your CCO ID and the partner association was removed on 8 March. This is why you do not see the option when in the Partner Self Service tool.
