Resolved! Assign External Role to User Error

DA for Party ID 6723978 cannot assign External Role Access to my CCO ID. "The entered ID neither matches any active Cisco User ID nor matches any User outside of your Party hierarchy or user has status revalidate" Can PM the screenshot.

Resolved! Upload to portal from CSPC has been in progress for 6 days

Resolved! Upload processing stuck for 6 days

Hi,   I have a number of upload jobs queued up, but processing is stuck on one of the jobs.   Can someone please take a look and delete any outstanding jobs, so that I can upload my latest collection.   My CCO id is rich***,   Thanks.
