Portal access issue

please help me, after couple of days registering my organisation contract numbers, i have still no full access to the smart portal.

After associating contracts to your Cisco profile you should follow SNTC Self Registration process to get registered with SNTC Portal. Have you followed self on-boarding yet? If not here are some resources that may help you -
