I have one customer that activated the portal in May but can't access into the portal now.
Account name: SUNY ALBANY
Portal name: UNIVERSITY AT ALBANY
CCO ID: lcasertino@albany.edu
Email Adress: lcasertino@albany.edu
Can you please help me with it. It is also happening with another account.

Hi , I posted it in the Tech Zone and still don't have response. I have 2 customers with the same problem, the portal doesn't appear active but they already sign the agreement in CSAM.

As explained internally but for external visibility in case another user experiences the same issue, the DA Role is insufficient to access the SNTC portal. The DA is responsible for assigning roles for SNTC access and must be done for the DA user as well.
