Portal auto forwarding to promo page

When I try to log into the SNTC portal, I get auto forwarded to promo page.  It says I don't have access when I am able to see my account on the Access manager page

We have reviewed the information and performed a manual data synchronization.

The user is now visible in the SNTC portal. Please try login into the SNTC portal again.
