Hello,

Can a TAC case be generated from the Library>Inventory>All Equipment view for a device that is covered under warranty?

Hi Nathalie ,

The SR TAC cases can be created for the devices whcih are covered under contract , not under warrenty and only by customer Admin can create the SR tAC case.
