Problem accessing customer portal

I'm trying to use my cco to view my customer's portal.

The CCO is our company's DA, and when we try to add our CCO to our customer's CSAM for access to the SNTC portal, the following error is shown.

As the error message clearly states, the entered user ID may require revalidation.  Please have your (partner) company DA log in to CSAM and go to the "User-Company Associations > Revalidate User Associations" tab, to complete the revalidation process.

I checked on the partner's CSAM portal, the CCO I'm testing has no revalidation.

Anything else I can check?

Hey Contratos Teltec,

Under the tab "User-Company Associations", there should be a section where you can enter a CCO ID and choose which company to associate them to if there are multiple under the Partner's account.  Association to the company must be done first before roles can be assigned to them.  Let me know if you find this.

Thanks,

Justin

I have revalidated my CCO ID (I am a partner) and I am also the DA of my company.
But I still can not become the CBRAdmin of my client.
Still giving the same error as the first post.

CCO: sccteltec
Contrato: 94918792
Customer name: LABORATORIO SABIN DE ANALISES CLINICAS

It is not clear to me who is who... Is "sccteltec" the DA of the customer, or the DA of the partner?  I'm guessing that it is the partner.

So, what is the CCOID of the DA of the customer?  They are the one who would assign the CBR Admin role to the "sccteltec" user.

CCO partner: sccteltec
CCO customer: analistasti1

We are trying to add the CCO parther "sccteltec" as CBR Admin in the customer's CSAM portal.

All of the information and setups now appear to be correct.  Please have the customer DA (analistasti1) log in to CSAM, go to "User-Role Assignments > Assign Roles to Users," Choose "Assign Role to User Outside of My Company," enter the "sccteltec" User ID and its corresponding email address.

I was able to do this without error, as shown in the attachment.
