I am trying to create an SNTC account. I was able to access the portal and fill in my information, moving on to the point where i need to verify my email, but this confirmation email does not arrive. Retried several times and resending the email without success.
Please your help.

Hello,
The following has been done to resolve the issue-
Provided both DA and CA roles to the user.
Enabled the services as well.
Pushed a Manual Sync for the user.
The user is now visible on the SNTC portal.
