Problem with Summary and other Informatiosn at SNTC Portal

Hi Cisco, 

 

After collecting information and upload for the two ways ( Upload and Import ) the information of Serial Numbers is not displayed.

 

How we can solve it?

Hello Maurilio,

 

Are these Cisco Devices? Do you see serial number on CSPC UI?

Your account seem to have multiple inventories. Please private message me inventory name, and some sample device details (host, ipaddress, serial number) to look at.
