Problems entering the Smart Net

Hi.

I have a client that is having problems with a CCO to enter the Smart Net, the following screen appears:Problem 1_LI.jpg

Hello Nicolas,
It looks like your customer may not have access yet for SNTC 4.x (latest SNTC Portal).
Can you PM me their CCO ID? Can you also have them try to complete the SNTC onboarding steps here? https://www.cisco.com/web/smartservices/sntc.html
