Greetings,
We accidently upload 2 diferent certificates in collector with diferent names but same service PSS (Cielo and Cielo SA).
While uploads to Cisco page we received the error message: "Some customer ids do not match for service SE" (in attach)
We can't get the upload file in /uploaddata folder nor the upload can't reach Cisco PSS.
Could you help us?

Hello,
It sounds like your issue is related to the PSS service.
As of right now, the collector does not fully support multiple licenses so you will run into the issue you describe when the party names are different.
As a PSS partner I suggest that you directly open a TAC case to receive assistance. It will be the faster way to resolve your issue.
