We have been upgrading the IOS on our network devcies for the past month to remediate the vulnerabilities, but the results are not reflecting on the PSIRT reports as the reports still show the older IOS version and vulnerabilities. How can we update the records of the equipment to reflect the newer IOS?

Hi,
Have you done another collector upload that includes those devices you've upgraded? If not, that needs to be done. If for some reason you can't perform another collection & upload, you can also indicate within the portal that the alert for the specific device can be "ignored".

Yes, several times. We have a collector every week. The last one ran a week ago and is scheduled for tonight as well.

Hi,
If the collector upload is done and the IOS version is not being reflected in the portal, please contact support - assuming you do have access to support. If you look in the Useful Links portion of the portal, you'll find guidance on how to open the support case.

Hi,
I have the same problem with FTD 2110. Before with 6.6.5 version, the Smart Net Total Care portal reported 332 PSIRTs, and even after updating to the 7.0.1 version these same 332 are kept.
I tried to apply the new version to CSPC (2.10.0.3), remove all inventory data, discover again, and upload the inventory data.
Same results. Any ideas on how to solve this discrepancy, please?

Hi wt-ils,
On checking the details on the account, we found that the FTD Software is only vulnerable if running software version 6.2.1 or later. That's why when the device is updated from your end the vulnerabilities are still persisting and the smartnet is reporting 332 PSIRTS again.
Thanks & Regards
