Re-installing the Collector

Hello guys.

 

We have a problem with our Collector that we require to re-install the system, are there any pre-requisites that we need to do before decommisioning the problematic server? will re-installing the collector have any effect on the reporting in the portal?

If you mentioning cisco portal - I do not see any effects on reports, but you need to add new CSPC IP address to all device to collect information (if you are using same IP address then this is not an issue).

 

If you looking to import data from exiting to new one.
