We had an issue where we could no longer SSH into our existing Collector (version 2.5) so we started our re-deployment. Everything is working out so far but I cannot register the new collector in the Smart Net Portal. The "Manage Collectors" option is not available under "Actions" (see attached) I am logged into the portal as an administrator. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Hi David,
Is there anyone else registered to use the portal? (Maybe a previous admin?) Is anyone able to see the registration option?

I think I was going about this incorrectly. I found that I should be using the same entitlement as the previous collector. I selected "Library" > "All Collectors" > selected my old collector and downloaded the same entitlement since this is a re-deployment. Thanks for your quick help!
