How often can i upload data from the collector to the SNTC portal?  I was told originally that it was once ever 7 days but I recently heard that it can be sooner then that.

Hi Jeffrey,

Once every 7 days is the recommended Best Practice for scheduled uploads. You can submit adhoc uploads as frequently as daily on an as needed basis, however you should wait until an upload clearly shows as having processed successfully in the portal before initiating another.
