Hi team,
I am trying to register the company that works on Smartnet Total Care, for use of the portal.
But of the contract error show not active or not associated with the profile.
It is associated with the profile and active the SNTC contract.
Even so, the error persists.

Hey Jeff,
Can you retry registration with Contract 9******8 & Serial Number T*********M
It looks there were some intermittent issues with contract verification.
Please give it a try once again and let us know if you still face any issue.
