Hello,
I am trying to register on the SNTC portal, I have gone through the contract and serial number verification and selected the Delegate, I receied the email "Confirm your email address for Cisco Smart Net Total Care portal registration" and click the link, the page that opens says email successfully verified and I click continue, at which point I receive the attached error

What browser are you using? Have you tried changing to a different browser and completing the registration steps?

Can you try clearing your cookies and cache, if you can also try reattempting using incognito mode on google chrome.
