My company was purchased by another company and I am to migrate licensing and devices.
When I updated my profile, I changed my email address and company name, I lost access as the Delegated Administrator for the old company. I received an email after making the update, that I was removed from the Smart account and now I cannot get it back. When I try to register again, it says that its sending a request to the DA and I cannot get any further.
Can someone please help me get back into the old company and smart account?

Please in private please provide your new cco to the new company that has the contracts of the new company and what is the new company name.
