How does a Customer Administrator remove users who have left the company from their Total Care portal? Is there the ability to delete them in the admin dashboard, or do you need to create a case request.

Hi Gary,
The Delegated Admin (DA) should do this in the Cisco Services Access Management (CSAM) tool.
