Dear all,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request assistance regarding an issue encountered while attempting to generate a CSP-C entitlement file via the Smart Net Total Care (SNTC) portal.
While following the process to generate the entitlement file, I received the following error message: "Entitlement file generation failed. Please try again. If the issue persists, find help in the community." Despite multiple attempts, the issue persists.
In the past, when we encountered this issue, Cisco was able to generate the entitlement file in the background upon request. Could you please advise if this process can be followed again in this case?
Alternatively, if there are additional steps we should take to resolve this issue, kindly let us know.

Hi @daiane-campos , If you are using chrome, please try to use a different browser like Brave or Firefox and log in to your Smart Net Total Care portal and then to All Collectors>Actions>Generate a new CSP-C entitlement
Let me know if this fixes your issue, if not please share the following on a private message:
• Company name.
• Company address.
• Customer's CCOID.
• Email.
• Company CR Party ID.
