Requesting CFX_Cisco_API@kp.org to be able to run cisco support api calls for purpose of pulling lifecycle data and related supports information.

Is that account a registered user on Cisco.com? 

Did your delegated administrator setup the account for application development?

Did you follow the instructions to register an application with that account?

Hi Leonard,

The DA for this client has left the company.  There is currently no known DA.  Can charles.w.kang@kp.org be set up as the CSAM DA.
