Reset CSPC 2.10 GUI accounts from CLI

Attempting to login on CSPC for a long time and my password got expired. The prompts says that I haven't specified the password reset questions and answers which is not true as this used to work before.

My question is: can I reset my CSPC account from CLI?

If I don't know the GUI admin password, how can I reset my GUI account within the built in collectorlogin cli account?

Hi Matthew,

As discussed over WebEx, CSPC GUI password has been reset successfully on the account. Both the users are able to access the CSPC GUI on the account.

Troubleshooting done over WebEx:

  • Reset CSPC GUI password
  • Reset Security Questions 
  • Restarted CSPC services
  • CSPC GUI Password reset Successfully.

Good day. I am also having a similar issue. It signs in then gives the message my password will expire in 5 days. When I click Yes to reset it, it says "You have not specified Password Reset Questions and Answers. Please contact your Administrator to recover your password.". How can I fix this?
