Self on boarding customer upload "in-progress" over 72 hours

Hi Self-onboarding team:

There is a customer Zhuhai Meizu Technology, Inventory is "Meizu_IT"

The customer upload is over 72 hours, still in "in-progress".

Is there someone can help to look at it?
