Self on Boarding ( Shared Account) failed

Unfortunately, that request was submitted using what appears to be a shared account. Cisco access policy requires that each account is associated to one individual, and this policy must be strictly enforced when that account is to be used to administer access for other accounts.

Smart Net Total Care registration must be performed by an appropriate person, using their individual Cisco.com account that clearly identifies them by name.

Please re-submit a new online registration request using your individual Cisco.com user ID. Once that request is received, we will proceed with your Smart Net Total Care on-boarding.

Hello Mohamed,

The message is stating that you cannot use a 'shared' CCO user as part of the registration process. A shared CCO User ID is one that relates to a group of people such as a company NOC.  You will need to use an individual CCO User ID account that identifies the person by name.

Regards, Tim

Thank You

how to make this account individual because all contract is assigned to this account .

Hello,

You cannot make it an individual account as such. What you would need to do is to set up a new CCO User account for just one person, perhaps yourself, and add the necessary contract to that account.

You can set up the account using the Register/Account features on Cisco.com.

Regards, Tim
