Serial Number Lookup Capibility

Looking for a way to look up Modules EOL/EOS and Current Software information using the serial number.

Anyone know the tool or link to do so?   Appreciate the assistance.

Log-in using your CCO account, click the GREEN "+", enter the details requested and the response should be instantaneous. 

Bulk upload is also acceptable.
