Devices IPs showed as 0.0.0.1, 0.0.0.2 and on.

Hello,

I just noticed that almost all devices IPs are showed at the portal with wrong IPs like 0.0.0.1, .2, .3, .4 and on...

A few of them are being correctly displayed. I did not used the mask feature or anything like that.

Any idea why this is happening?

Are you sure the masking isn't enabled?  Which collection profile was used?

Yes, I'm sure.

Mask IP address is unchecked.

I used the sntc1x_min_cp collection profile.

I got 2 clients and both of them are suffering with this problem. Strange thing since at least one of them got his IPs correctly showed on the first discoveries.

Is there something happening with the portal??

Delete any profiles other than  sntc1x_min_cp. If you are running an upload profile, change the upload from service name to collection profile based. Then re-run the inventory.
