Services API - Customer Info - Data Empty

Hello guys,
I'm new with APIs, I'm trying to use the Services API to get my contracts status, I generate the token and execute the get on the URL below:

https://apx.cisco.com/cs/api/v1/customer-info/customer-details

But the response is empy:

    "data": []

}

Could anyone help me to discover what's happening here?
