smart collector not showing security key at login page

Hi Everyone

We tried logging into the our (latest ver) smart collector a couple of weeks ago and noticed that the security key that you have to enter when entering your password no longer shows up on the main page.  It was working before this. we have restarted the virtual machine too. Has anyone had this issue before?

Could you please share current version of collector and if possible screenshot where you were seeing security key and not any more?

Please connect to the vmware host and connect to the collector via console and send a screenshot of what you are seeing there.. this typically occurs because of Centos OS kernel panic. which can be because of storage problems. either the disk be full of the vmware has some kind of crash

Hi 

Sorry for the late reply. I can try and get the screenshot but the server has plenty of storage and memory. We have even restarted the virtual machine.
