Smart net Portal issue

Hi all ,

i have issue with the portal is not showing the inventory i already i added and configure the CSPC and able to see the devices but how to update it on the smart net portal .

On the CSPC, do you have the collection profile scheduled? You can check under Settings > Manage Data Collection Profiles. Then check the 3rd tab of the profile and scroll down to see when it is scheduled to run.
